Applying is not a roster offer
Submitting an application allows SDG Baseball leadership to review your family’s information and contact you. It does not guarantee advancement, an interview or a place on the team.
SDG Baseball combines competitive baseball with Christian discipleship. These notices explain what an application means and what waits until a player is accepted.

A parent or legal guardian must profess Christian faith, affirm the Statement of Faith and remain meaningfully involved in a faithful, like-minded local church. A player is not required to profess personal faith, but must willingly participate in the Christian life and instruction of the team.
Roster selection is competitive. Playing time, positions, innings, batting-order placement and team roles are earned and are never guaranteed. Questions or concerns receive manual review rather than automatic rejection.
An application is not medical clearance or permission to participate. Accepted families complete separate medical, emergency, participation, transportation and media forms before a player is ready for the team.
Parents and the local church remain primary. Coaches reinforce that work; they do not replace it.
Required acknowledgments are shown where they apply. Nothing is prechecked, and saving a draft is not the same as submitting it.
Health, scheduling, financial, custody or other concerns are routed privately for review. They do not trigger an automatic decision.
The Spring 2027 guide explains eligibility, faith, schedule, cost, commitment and the selection path. The application then presents the acknowledgments that apply to the information you provide.
